In order to provide the necessary services, all personal data collected on this website will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) and to the Organic Law 3/2018 of Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, approved on December 5, 2018 ( LOPDyGDD).

We only collect and process the data that you voluntarily provide us with during the purchase process.
Your personal data will be incorporated into a database (or file) under the responsibility of Eroticanum, in order to manage the processing and execution of your orders.

We ask you to provide us with truthful, exact and complete information about your identity. Likewise, we ask you to keep us updated on your data.
If we detect that you are providing us with any false, inaccurate or incomplete information in a deliberate way, we may deny you access to our platform or any of our content and / or services.
Similarly, we recommend that you keep your identifying password to use our services and do not share it with third parties.
Eroticanum will not be held responsible if you have a weak or easy-to-guess password and someone manages to enter your personal account without your consent.
Only after having previously granted your express consent, we will use your email address to send commercial communications or "newsletter". You can unsubscribe from commercial notifications by clicking on the link provided for "Cancel subscription" in the e-mail with said commercial communication.
The user is obliged to accept all the conditions set out on this page before placing his order.
IV. How long is your data kept ?
If you have filled in your personal data but have not yet confirmed your first order then they will automatically be deleted after 3 days from when you entered said data.
If you have confirmed an order then your personal data will necessarily remain in our database for 3 years from the date of confirmation.
This minimum conservation period coincides with the 3 years required by the European consumer guarantee regulations.
Keep in mind that if we delete your data before that time we would be in breach of the guarantee regulations and it would also be impossible to solve any problem you had with any of the products that we have sold to you.
V. Additional recipients of your personal data
Your credit or debit card details or your bank accounts will not be saved. These will be managed only by the payment gateways in question. Eroticanum does not intervene in the payment processes beyond sending the payment request.
Your personal data will be communicated to the carrier in charge of transporting your order.
If your order requires several shipments with different logistics agencies then your data will be communicated to each of them.
In no case your data will never be provided to third parties for marketing actions or derivatives.
